Definitions

Contact Forms

Marketing

1. We process your personal data for the purpose of conducting marketing activities, which may include:
   
   1. Displaying marketing content not tailored to your preferences (contextual advertising);
   2. Displaying marketing content corresponding to your interests (behavioural advertising);
   3. ending email notifications about interesting offers or content, which may sometimes include commercial information (newsletter service);
   4. Conducting other forms of direct marketing of goods and services (sending commercial information electronically and telemarketing).
2. For marketing activities, we may, in some cases, use profiling (if you consent to this). This means that, through automated data processing, we assess selected factors regarding individuals to analyze their behavior or create future predictions.

Important Marketing Techniques

1. The purpose and scope of data collection, further processing, and use by service providers, as well as the possibility of contacting and the User’s rights in this regard, are described in the privacy policies of the service providers.
2. We may use remarketing techniques to tailor advertisements based on your behavior in the Service. This may give the impression that your personal data is being used for tracking, but in practice, we do not share any of your personal data with advertising operators. A technological condition for such actions is the enabled cookies feature.

Right to Information about Personal Data Processing – Upon your request, we will provide you with information about the processing of your personal data, including the purposes and legal bases for processing, the scope of the data we hold, the entities to which the data is disclosed, and the planned data deletion date.
   2. Right to Obtain a Copy of Your Data – Upon your request, we will provide you with a copy of the personal data we are processing concerning the person submitting the request.
   3. Right to Rectification – Upon your request, we are obligated to correct any inaccuracies or errors in the personal data we process and complete the data if it is incomplete.
